We believe that moving towards a self-performing vendor base is a significant way to obtain tremendous savings and process improvement. We are vendor agnostic and do not mandate that our vendors be utilized. We work with whichever vendors you are comfortable working with. However, we have selected our vendors based on data that covers many years of performance, cost, and value delivered to our clients. FacilitySource has done the work for you. We do not take a markup on any work performed by our vendor network. The actual contracted rate is passed along to you.
You can’t manage what you can’t measure. FacilitySource continually measures and monitors vendors’ performance through various methods to include mandatory integrated voice response system (IVR).
FacilitySource provides full training and support to all vendors. Training materials are provided as well as web-based training, IVR training, and invoice requirement training. On-going training and support is also provided.
