"It was important to us that we retained our existing vendor base. FacilitySource has helped us to continue to do business with companies we trust and with whom we have long-term relationships, while at the same time managing requests for proposals, providing data trends on dollars spent with each vendor, and scorecarding all our vendors."
fmSurvey, the newest service offering from FacilitySource, is a comprehensive location information collection tool and data repository. Whether used before the onset of a FacilitySource Facility Maintenance Optimization (FMO) engagement, during an engagement, or as a stand-alone service offering, fmSurvey delivers comprehensive location information in an easily accessible hosted web-based platform.
Surveys are designed and created in the fmSurvey software. Surveys are customized to each retailer’s need and include an inspection of existing conditions and documentation of precise dimensions – all supported by digital photography. Teams of surveyors are dispatched out to perform the surveys at the individual locations and information collected is input into the fmSurvey system. Completed surveys are available for viewing and analysis at the fmSurvey site.
