Mrs. Shafer leads the implementation department at FacilitySource. The implementation team ensures efficient, streamlined and successful on-boarding of new clients. She is responsible for developing and maintaining implementation processes and templates as well as client-specific SOP’s and job aids. Her implementation team works with all departments to ensure that custom development, dispatch matrixes, Client training, CSR training and vendor on-boarding are completed within the designated timeline and that all deadlines are met.
Mrs. Shafer brings over 10 years of experience from the service industry, including several years as one of FacilitySource’s vendors. This has given her a unique insight into the implementation process and an aptitude for coordinating the many moving parts that make up an fmPilot implementation.
Debra holds a B.A. in Communications from The Ohio State University. She, her husband and two children reside in Delaware, Ohio.
