Jinah Lee

director of call center operations

Ms. Lee will be responsible for managing all planning, budgeting and staffing of FacilitySource’s call centers. She will oversee all aspects of the customer service training program. Lee will also assist in the implementation of new clients to FacilitySource’s facility maintenance optimization services.

Lee, most recently, worked as a Business Analyst Manager for Custom Image, Inc. where she oversaw all customer service activity. She and her team provided an efficient performance throughout operations and in resolving customer account issues. At Accent Energy, Lee operated as the Director of Call Center Operations overseeing the outsourcing of multiple call centers. Prior to Accent Energy, Lee managed approximately 400 employees as Call Center Director, during her eight year term at Safelite Auto Glass. During her tenure with Safelite, she also developed and implemented training programs that assisted with producing world class results.
